We sell genuine second-hand and pre-owned clothing. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you have changed your mind, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item, except where you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase.

All product descriptions and photographs are provided to allow you to make an informed decision before purchasing.

Because our items are pre-owned, they may show signs of previous wear.

Any known:

• marks

• holes

• fading

• cracking

• wear

• alterations

• missing labels or tags

• other damage or imperfections

will be stated in the product description and/or shown in the photographs.

Measurements will be provided where possible.

Please check the measurements carefully before purchasing. We strongly recommend comparing the measurements with a similar item that fits you.

We are not responsible for an item not fitting where the measurements and sizing information provided in the listing were accurate.

Change of Mind

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, where UK consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, this right is not affected by this policy.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, the item must be returned in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and may be subject to deductions where the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If an item is materially different from its description, has a fault that was not disclosed in the listing, or otherwise does not meet your statutory consumer rights, please contact us.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy where required by law.

A defect or condition that was clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs before purchase will not normally be treated as an undisclosed fault.

Authenticity

We take the authenticity of branded items seriously and make reasonable efforts to ensure that items listed for sale are genuine.

If you believe an item is not authentic, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of your concern and any supporting evidence.

We may request photographs, authentication information or other reasonable evidence so that we can investigate the matter.

We do not accept claims of counterfeit items automatically without investigation.

If an item is found to be counterfeit or otherwise not as described, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
