SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. About Our Shipping

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through therealNuk3 are processed, dispatched and delivered.

Trading name: therealNuk3
Legal name: Jay Chavda
Business structure: Sole trader
Email: info@therealnuk3.com
Website: therealnuk3.com

At present, we only ship orders within the United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Our working days are:

Monday to Friday

Working days do not include:

  • Saturdays;

  • Sundays; or

  • UK public holidays.

For example, an order placed on a Saturday will normally begin processing on the following working day.

Dispatch times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the stated timeframe.

3. Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail delivery is estimated to take approximately:

2–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

The estimated delivery period begins once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, severe weather, strikes, operational issues or other circumstances affecting Royal Mail.

We will not deliberately delay dispatch of an order.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The applicable delivery charge will depend on the delivery option available for your order.

You will be shown the total delivery cost before payment is taken.

There are no additional delivery charges after checkout unless you expressly agree to an additional service or charge.

5. Royal Mail

Orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Where a tracked Royal Mail service is used, tracking information may be provided to you by email or through your order information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery where tracking is available.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully check your:

  • name;

  • house or building number;

  • street;

  • town/city;

  • postcode; and

  • any other required delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

info@therealnuk3.com

We will try to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery to the Customer

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Customers should ensure that the address is suitable for receiving deliveries.

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver the parcel, Royal Mail may leave delivery instructions or provide information about collection or redelivery, depending on the service used and the circumstances.

8. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

info@therealnuk3.com

Please provide your:

  • name;

  • order number; and

  • delivery address.

Where tracking is available, we may use the tracking information to investigate the delivery.

We will take reasonable steps to assist with delayed or missing deliveries.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. However, this does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

9. Missing Deliveries

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and provide any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we may contact Royal Mail or use available tracking information to investigate the delivery.

We will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

10. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

info@therealnuk3.com

Where possible, please provide photographs showing:

  • the outer packaging;

  • any visible damage;

  • the packaging inside the parcel; and

  • the item itself.

This information may help us investigate the issue with Royal Mail.

You should not dispose of damaged packaging until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Delivery and Consumer Rights

We will provide the delivery arrangements, delivery costs and estimated delivery timeframe before you complete your order.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, applicable UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

Our normal delivery process is significantly shorter than this, with dispatch normally taking 1–2 working days and estimated Royal Mail delivery taking a further 2–7 working days.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy removes or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Responsibility for Goods During Delivery

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You should contact us if an order is delivered damaged, incorrectly or does not arrive.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

13. Orders Placed During Weekends and Public Holidays

Orders can be placed through our website at any time.

However, our normal dispatch working days are Monday to Friday.

Orders placed during:

  • Saturday;

  • Sunday; or

  • a UK public holiday

will normally be processed from the next available working day.

The 1–2 working day dispatch timeframe therefore does not include weekends or UK public holidays.

14. UK Shipping Only

At the time of this policy being published, therealNuk3 only ships within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated with information regarding international delivery, customs, import duties, taxes and any other applicable charges.

15. Customs and Import Charges

Because we currently only ship within the United Kingdom, customers do not currently have to pay international customs or import charges through therealNuk3.

If international shipping is introduced in the future, additional customs, duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any applicable international charges and responsibilities will be explained before international orders are accepted.

16. Delivery Estimates

The delivery times stated in this policy are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Our normal estimated timeframe is:

Order processing: 1–2 working days
Delivery after dispatch: approximately 2–7 working days
Carrier: Royal Mail
Shipping area: United Kingdom only

Unexpected delays can occasionally occur within postal networks.

Where a delay occurs, we will provide reasonable assistance when contacted by the customer.

18. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our delivery services, shipping arrangements, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The version published on our website will show the date it was last updated.

Any changes will not remove or restrict statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
